REGISTRATION IS NOT VALID UNLESS BOTH THE FORM AND PAYMENT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE OFFICE. 
 
Registration subject to the (CURRENT YEAR) Membership of the owner remaining current throughout the period.
Registration required for RIHS/HOYS eentries only. 
A copy of the animals ID document must be forwarded with the registration form.
